Welcoming Andrea Schaumann, Executive Director

Florida Cyber Alliance is excited to welcome Andrea Schaumann as our new Executive Director! With an impressive background in federal programs and cybersecurity, Andrea brings a wealth of experience to help lead our organization and advance our mission. She will be instrumental in directing our initiatives, including the highly anticipated CyberCamp 2025, which aims to inspire the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Andrea’s expertise spans cybersecurity inspections, compliance, and risk management, having worked with the Department of Defense and served as a subject matter expert on advanced cyber threats. Her accolades include an (ISC)² Cybersecurity Certification, CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner status, and the prestigious DEF CON Black Badge for Social Engineering. Andrea’s leadership experience is backed by an Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Management and Leadership from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business.

As we gear up for an exciting year ahead, we are confident that Andrea’s vision and guidance will be pivotal in helping us grow as an organization and continue to make a meaningful impact in the field of cybersecurity.

CyberCamp 2018 Announced

We’re back with another CyberCamp at UCF from July 23-26 2018!

CyberCamp is a 4-day cybersecurity day-camp taught by local security professionals. We combine cybersecurity defense education with challenges, contests, and of course, prizes! This event is only open to High School students, and NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
